Returns and Refunds Policies
All sales are final, no guaranteed sales or consignment.

We accept the return of defective items. Please send us one or more pictures showing the defect and, if we deem the product unfit for use, will issue either a replacement or a credit to your account. We will then advise you on the return procedure for the damaged item.

If there’s been a shipping error on our part, we will accept a return at our expense. The items must be returned in their original packaging without any retail inscriptions or tags. A credit will be issued or the right products will be sent to you.

All other situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Due to hygienic reasons, we can’t accept used items for refunds or exchanges.
